About this service

Bestari Publikasi Konten is a web-based content management and publishing tool operated by Bestari Literasi Indonesia at ruangbestari.com. Access to its publishing dashboard is currently restricted to authorized website administrators. These terms apply to this tool and its social-platform integrations, rather than to every program offered by Ruang Bestari.

Authorized use and account connections

You may connect only accounts and channels that you own or are authorized to manage. Connections use the platform’s authorization page. Do not enter your social-platform password into Bestari Publikasi Konten or share passwords, client secrets, or tokens with other users.

Your content and responsibilities

You retain ownership of your content. By submitting it, you authorize Bestari to store and process the selected media and metadata and transmit them to the selected platform for the action you approve. You must hold the necessary rights to images, video, music, captions, and any personal information included. Do not submit unlawful, misleading, infringing, or unauthorized content.

Review, consent, and scheduling

Review the media, caption, destination account, and available privacy and disclosure settings before approving an upload. Saving a draft does not publish it. Confirming immediate publication permits transmission now; activating a schedule permits transmission at the scheduled time, subject to technical availability. Cancel a pending schedule through the dashboard. Cancellation may not recall a request already sent to a platform.

Platform availability and TikTok status

Available features depend on the deployed integration, granted permissions, and the platform’s approval and account requirements. TikTok integration is currently being prepared and is not yet active. Its Direct Post public-publishing capability is subject to TikTok review and audit. No approval is guaranteed, and a successful connection alone does not authorize public posting.

Users must comply with the terms and content policies of each destination platform. The service does not bypass platform restrictions or claim affiliation with or endorsement by TikTok, Meta, or Google/YouTube.

Processing, privacy, and reliability

A platform may process, reject, restrict, remove, or change the visibility of submitted content. Check the recorded result and the destination account. WordPress scheduled tasks depend on hosting cron or website activity and may run late. If an upload result is uncertain, check the destination before attempting a new upload or creating a duplicate draft.

The service is provided subject to technical availability; uninterrupted operation, exact scheduling, approval, reach, and processing times are not guaranteed.

Disconnection, deletion, and support

Use the available connection controls to disconnect an account locally, and use the platform’s account settings to revoke authorization when needed. Disconnecting does not automatically erase draft files, publication history, application configuration, or posts already uploaded. Request deletion or support using the contact below. Removing a published post may require action on the destination platform.

These terms may be updated when features or data practices change. The update date is displayed above. Review updated terms before using a changed publishing feature.
